Frequently asked questions

How quickly do you reply?

Messages sent on a working day are usually answered the same day, at the latest the next one. Where something needs longer analysis you get a short acknowledgement first, saying when a real answer is coming — rather than a week of silence.

Is the first conversation chargeable?

No. The first conversation is free and usually runs twenty to thirty minutes. Its purpose is not to present an offer but to establish whether the process you describe is a candidate for a sensible implementation at all. If it is not, you hear that on the call.

What kind of companies do you work with?

Companies operating in Poland, in Polish and in English. There is no size threshold, but there is a sense threshold: the process has to be repetitive and time-consuming enough that the saving covers the cost of keeping the system running. The conditions under which we advise against a project are set out separately.

What should I prepare for the first conversation?

Nothing formal — a description of one process is enough: who performs it, how many times a week, how long it takes, and where it gets stuck. That supports a far more useful answer than a general question about what AI can do. No deck and no request for proposal needed.
