These terms govern the use of the website available at ploch.ai(the "Site") and the provision of the contact-form service by electronic means, as required by Article 8 of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on Providing Services by Electronic Means. The Polish version of this document (Regulamin) is authoritative; this page is a courtesy translation.
The Site is operated by Actum Krzysztof Ploch, NIP (tax id): 5222208821, REGON: 015269213 (the "Operator"). Contact: contact@ploch.ai.
The Site is informational: it presents the Operator’s services in AI implementation, process automation and consulting, and publishes blog content. The information on the Site — including indicative price ranges — does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Polish Civil Code, but an invitation to enter into an agreement (Article 71). The scope and terms of specific services are agreed in a separate contract in each case.
Blog content — in particular on the GDPR and the AI Act — is informational and does not constitute legal advice.
Through the Site, the Operator provides one service by electronic means, free of charge: sending a message via the contact form. The agreement for this service is concluded when the form is submitted and ends when a reply is given or the correspondence concludes. No account is required.
How personal data submitted in the form is processed — the controller, purposes, legal bases and your rights — is described in the privacy policy.
Using the Site requires a device with internet access and a current web browser with JavaScript enabled. No additional software is needed.
Users of the Site must not supply unlawful content, in particular via the contact form.
The Site’s content — texts, graphics, layout — is protected by copyright and belongs to the Operator unless indicated otherwise. Use beyond the scope of permitted use requires the Operator’s consent. Names of systems and products mentioned in the content belong to their owners and are used solely for information.
The Operator takes care to keep the information on the Site current and accurate, but does not warrant its fitness for a user’s specific purposes. The Operator may interrupt the Site’s operation for technical work. Towards businesses, the Operator’s liability arising from the use of the Site is limited to damage caused intentionally.
Complaints about the operation of the Site or the contact-form service can be sent to contact@ploch.ai. The Operator handles complaints within 14 days of receipt and replies to the address the complaint was sent from.
The Operator may amend these terms for important reasons — in particular changes in the law or in the Site’s functions. The amended terms apply from publication on the Site, with the date at the top updated. Polish law applies to matters not regulated here. Disputes with businesses are settled by the court with jurisdiction over the Operator’s seat; for consumers, jurisdiction follows the general rules.
